Due to ongoing shipping restrictions related to the corona virus pandemic, we are currently not able to ship to Australia and the UK.

Shipping Information

1. Shipping within Germany and EU Countries, is provided via DHL, GLS or DPD. Depending on destination.

2. The merchandise will be ready for shipment after aproximately 4-5 days after your order was placed. Upon dispatch, your parcel will arrive in one to four business days (within EU, longer for oversea shipping), depending on the shipping method and the destination, unless it was agreed otherwise.

 3. For deliveries to countries other than Germany, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer. Refused packages will be refunded minus the return shipping costs.                                                                             Please note that there may be a delay in delivery for international shipments, depending on the local customs.
